Can't believe the folklore chapter did not discuss "august" at all. Still a good chapter, though

Great so far! Manages to be both clear in its arguments and original in its takes (and believe me, I've read and heard a lot of serious Swift analysis). It's clearly written by a fan and for fans, weaves in the personal but also cites poems, cites music and literary scholarship, and cites relevant writing from Swift scholars and from professional fans.
