I am so hyped to see if and how much of Norman's role here will be revealed in the sequel.
As for Karlo, I really like this version of him. I'm not the biggest [REDACTED] fan, but I hope he survives. If he does, it would also be great if he made a return—even if it's just a cameo—in the next book.

I was not expecting Selina Kyle to make an appearance, so my little heart is overjoyed at the sight of her!! I hope to see more of her, or again in the next book.
Speaking of the next book, already aware of the cover, I was super stoked when the puzzle-worker was there in the background. That was a very nice tease.

Anyway, yeah, I definitely need to rewatch the movie before finishing the book—and its sequel, just to be on the safe side—because I don't remember certain things (e.g.: Knox).

It has been years since I watched Tim Burton's Batman, which means I'll have to watch it soon (whether it be before or after I finish this book remains to be determined as of now), but the prologue has already left me intrigued and excited to see what's in store.
