My experience reading this book is like those progressively worse mr incredible images where he eventually becomes a skull

Learning more about the history of the apocalypse is so fucking depressing. Humans are living in a post-human world and death is inevitable 🙂 I believe this book might actually make me cry at some point

A lot of dystopian literature has a hopeful angle to it, but this one sure is pessimistic 😭 4 ppl dead within the first 3 chapters
