genuinely afraid to finish this

there should be a support group for people who read or have read this. every day I open this book up I’m beholden to unimaginable trauma that gets worse and worse as I read. wonderful writing though, mama! 😃

hanya yanagihara is a source of evil but this book is absolutely beautiful

started tearing up multiple times and I haven’t even gotten to the really traumatic shit yet… 😃 dear neptune (this book is incredible sorry haters)

so far i’m not wildly depressed… so we’ll see how long that lasts… i think the first time i tried reading this i was maybe 20 pages further from this
