“When there is a why, there is a will” this was a great chapter covering the many ways patients embark on their adventures against negative decline. Bruce’s “why” had to do with being in his own opinion a late stage dad (late 50s) and wanting to change his lifestyle changes as he was developing a bit of memory loss. This was a very pushing chapter to this book so far.
