Omg, I can very much relate! lol
"But my way of writing is rather to think aloud, and follow my own humours, than much to consider who is listening to me; and if I stop to consider what is proper to be said to this or that person, I shall soon come to doubt whether any part at all is proper."

(dreams that went to the) "depths below depths, from which it seemed hopeless that I could ever reascend. Nor did I, by waking, feel that I had reascended. So i am technically reading this version (with other writings), but my primary focus is the Confessions essay. Having read just a few pages so far, i may have to reread this a few times to actually understand a lot of it. I have until November, and this is not my primary read right now, but one of my goals for the year.
