this feels like a textbook and i keep zoning out. maybe it's because im listening to it but i seem to be having the same trouble with the writing style as other reviewers... the author feels the need to describe whether his female patients were attractive or not... i just don't see how that is necessary to the subject matter. disappointed but might dnf
