I feel that... the premise of this book is *literally* my worst nightmare so I decided not to pick it up in the first place. Even though I absolutely love AJW as an author.

Yeah. then I wouldn't recommend it. I can't imagine how personal it must have been for AJW to write it and for the right person it could be the perfect book but for many others, myself included, it's just too much.
