so glad im re-reading this before brimstone because i forgot about basically all of the non-romance plot starting at the scene where we first meet Taladius and his new "pet". getting the chance to be shocked again at every revelation

At 20, her brother has no excuse to act like a bonehead....... I would only take her explanations if he were under 16.
Also, Saeris is shockingly good at knowing the exact size of the items in her world... "The skull is 6ft tall and the teeth are 12ft long" "the pool is 40ft by 60ft". I think this is the one time where it would have benefitted from and "about" or "maybe"
