Very much agree with some review I saw elsewhere: the care that the character tree is have for each other is refreshing. Very communal, not individualistic.

Expected it to be merely about Jonathan’s stay in Transylvania - and I would’ve been fine with that. The switching up to Lucy’s and Wilhelmina’s exchange of letters was not very excitable, but the story then flowing into what happened back in England is enjoyable.
