Wow so many exposition dumps in so short amount of time

I beg writers to think more about what women during the closest historical period to their fantasy one would have done in their situations. Women would have known of trousers and would have had equivalents. Making the MC at agast at the idea of them just makes her seem less real and thinking.

And we are finally back! Had to reread part 1 bc it had been so long but the BR is going! I find Elspeth and her emotions rather uninteresting at the moment. I have no investment but we shall see if that continues.
