I don’t like how the scenes teaching Auren how to fight were written because they’re a bit unrealistic. As someone who works out, I’d never train someone to immediately be fighting massive warriors without some sort of weight training and stretching and other stuff. She’s been in a cage for a majority of her life, how do they expect her to try and fight Judd or Osrik?
