Mon 111725 - 36 ORD Dining Table - I finished reading Chapter 3 after dinner. It was a more relaxing work day working from home after being on the road 6 days last week. I witnessed a precious moment this morning between Stitch & a young buck, standing right outside one of the downstairs windows looking in. It was such a beautiful moment seeing them looking at one another face to face & Stitch extending his paw up.

Black Friday 112825 - Still in New Baden 230 pm - Today was perfect to finish reading this on the front porch. I enjoyed getting started on my Christmas shopping in between polishing off the rest of this novel. We are leaving for the light show at 4 pm. Time to get out for a brisk walk & prepare for our nice evening out. No snow here yet…will be interesting to see how it is in the morning. Excellent read.

Black Friday 112825 - On the porch by the fire at Jason & Carrie’s House in New Baden - We’ve enjoyed getting started w/our Christmas shopping today, online from here. It’s another brisk day out there w/a winter storm coming. We are going to a special Christmas light show tonight & dinner at LuLu’s w/Jason & Carrie this evening & will head home tomorrow. Finished the last chapter…just post material left.

Thanksgiving Day 112725 - New Baden at Jason & Carrie’s 225 pm - Dinner is getting closer. Jason is going to deep fry a Turkey. It’s a cold sunny day out - 41 but feels like 35. Lots of winter storms coming tonight. I finished Chapter 9 - riveted to finishing this soon. I keep hoping the huge tragedy of the story is really a fake mystery. Carrie has a lot of her Christmas decorations up & they are very pretty.

Thanksgiving Day 112725 - Jason & Carrie’s house in New Baden - We are having a quiet day here visiting. Lots of cuddle time w/Poppy & Jasmine. We enjoyed watching a lot of the Macy’s Day Parade out on their front porch w/the fire going. Just watched the National Dog Show too. Getting ready to enjoy a lot of awesome food later. Finished Chapter 8. Such a good book - you can really feel the tension of the sea.

Tues112525 - 36 ORD Cozy Green Couch - I finished Chapter 7 after dinner. This book is interesting & I’m really curious to see how the mystery further unfolds. The wind has suddenly stirred up tonight & it is gusting. We’ve talked recently how this year has seemed less windy so it seems so much louder than before. Less than 2 days till Thanksgiving. Where is time going? Still working on my mood. Goodnight.

Mon 112425 - 36 ORD Cozy Green Couch - I polished off Chapter 6 after our dinner. The tragedy of the story is building. Started as another foggy day w/a pretty buck & doe lingering on our point almost all day. I enjoyed having my hair styled for my professional headshot today for the CHC web site, writing my profile for the RoviSys MES/DSC Newsletter & owning my life story w/pride. We watched a Wicked special too.

Mon 112425 - 36 ORD - I finished 2 more chapters last night right before bed. It’s another really foggy morning here, ever since last week when we had a day w/a torrential downpour. We’ve been enjoying watching a buck (at least 8 points) relaxing down on our point with his doe. He actually laid down. It was a nice weekend down in New Baden visiting w/my brothers, Carrie, & Mom w/Larry, & Christmas decorating.

Sun 111625 - 36 ORD Cozy Green Couch w/Buzz - Larry is making Tater Tot Hot Dish for dinner & it smells fantastic!! I read Chapter 2. I think this is going to be another fast read. It’s very suspenseful & brilliantly written. It is leading up to something tragic happening so it is a sad read. Still so good. It’s already dark but only 535 pm. Larry installed the new wave vanity lights in our master bath - pretty!

Sun 111625 - 36 ORD Cozy Green Couch - It was lovely to lay here, relax & read the first chapter w/Larry on the opposite end of the couch, & Buzz hanging out beside me, Stitch was coaxing for dinner. It was a bit of a sunbath as the sun was making its descent. This was a great treat after getting our grocery shopping done. It’s felt good to be back home this weekend. Gorgeous yesterday -70 degrees w/time outside.
