i almost said "what the fuck" loudly before i remember i'm in a library lol. who tf blames a child on a murder they didn't do?!

calling a nine year old evil in a book where you haven't spoken to her is crazy. even if she allegedly killed a baby, shedding no tears doesn't make you evil?! I'm mad for her

so if your baby was beaten and have bruises on her why would you bring her back to the same location again?! like she’s not even a year old!?

literally no one is a good person in this book. like who do we even root for? i can maybe root for Mary but idk

so like I don't think she actually killed the baby
