Aaaand now we're having some kind of weird virginity ritual. Good god I need a break.

I seldom ever DNF books, its just against my nature, and while I am enjoying this book I have ZERO clue how it has over 4 stars on GRs :( It's just really not good, it's so all over the place and messy

About here I'm starting to get invested, which is unfortunate because it's more than 1/4 of the whole book. I feel like a lot of the start was needless fluff that could have been shorter, summarized, or had less random characters we don't really ever see again. And also somewhat just torture porn, so hopefully the way it's going now continues!

I feel like I joined the party either too late or too soon... also there's like a ton characters to keep track of 😭
