this dumbass conflict could work if there was TENSION instead of miscommunication and sulking!!!!!! but no!!!!! we're just drawing this out in the absolute most annoying way possible

this is so contrived!!!!!!! why didn't ichimura let her finish speaking? why wasn't he honest about how cute she looked? why didn't he just text her afterwards saying so when he noticed she was hurt? why can't yoi manage to express a SINGLE desire? how could she possibly arrive at the conclusion that ichimura's feelings aren't as strong as hers? words cannot express how much i despise the fact that ohji has become this voice of reason for yoi when it would be way more impactful coming from one of her friends WHO BARELY HAVE ANY PERSONALITIES. or her sister, or her dad, or even ichimura himself!!!!!! literally anyone but this weirdo

nope no nuh uh fuck no, if i was in yoi's shoes i would NOT want to be friends with this dude and i certainly wouldn't confide in him about ANYTHING, especially if it was even halfway related to ichimura. ohji has flat out admitted TWICE that he wishes they'd break up, which is not funny or quirky, it's WEIRD. and definitely not something you'd want your "friend" to say. he's just trying to wait in the wings
