The crew has escaped with the prisoners son. Since well….. he is dead so they took the next best option. However when they got to the water all the guards were waiting for them. Nina decided to take a dose of Parem and use the extra strength to her powers to help destroy some of the guards. Thus creating an opportunity for the crows to escape.

Ohh my god Matthias had me fooled. I thought he betrayed the team to get back with his people and get revenge on Nina. But the fact that he double played his old mentor and saved Nina. Ohhhh thank god. I was about to be really pissed with that man if something happened to one of my girls.

Jesper and Waylan have made it to the White Island. The back section of the Ice Court prison. The plan that Kaz made keeps having more and more obstacles coming up in the teams way. Jesper and Waylan have killed a few guards to steal their clothes. Nina is now having to do her and Inej’s part of the plan by herself. Hopefully they can all get this shit show under control.

We got a flashback of how Kaz and Inej met and how she became apart of the Dregs. Thank god Kaz saved her from that contract of prostitution or slavery. I’m unsure which one it was but either way eww and glad we got her as our lovely wraith. However if she does in the incinerator I will be fucking pissed at Kaz.

The team has invaded one of the Frost Courst prison carts and swapped places with 6 of the prisoners. However in the process Kaz froze which startled Inej. Why did he freeze? Then after he got everyone on the cart and closed everything back up he fainted. He puts on this whole tough facade and is know as the “bastard of the Barrel.” Why did he faint?

The crew runs into more Grisha but these ones are under the drug that Bo You buyar made. What makes it worse is once they harm the Grisha attacking them Nina realizes it’s someone she knows. Matias offers to help bury Nina’s friend and they seem to make up. Although it’s unclear those two are a roller coaster by themselves. They make a deal to make sure Bo Yo Buyar will not leave the ice court alive.
