The tone of this story is very informal. The style of writing is showing alot of the internal confusion that she is feeling throughout the story.

The character's primary goal at this point is to live a normal life and return to her previous state of life before all these symptoms appeared. The symptoms and her own brain are getting in the way of her achieving these things.

I think the writer of this book is credible because on the back it mentions that she is a reporter for The New York Post. I think this would make her credible because this is something she does every day.

I was drawn to this book because I have a interest in psychology. When it was explained it sounded like it would share some insite or aspects of psychology.
