This relationship is ALL about sex. They had instant chemistry on the plane flight and afterwards, plus they could talk and enjoy each other's company. Emily wanted "Jim" not the boss. He gets demanding whenever she is around and can't help but try to control her actions. They keep getting together, then have a big blow-up over these control issues. They both seem to overreact.
