This was not the ending I was hoping for, letting Abigail get away with everything and John choosing pride over life but yk the play was still alright. I still liked death of a sales man more though.

I was honestly not expecting the courtroom to take this turn, and my jaw dropped when abigail threw mary under the bus and came up with that lie like holy fuck she’s evil. there’s no way that she’ll win in the end, there’s no way.

i finished act 2 just now, and i am shocked to say that I didn’t know the story would take this turn, that abigail would be the antagonist with her lies and accusations. More so, i thought she would be the accused and the innocent one.

im having a hard time following but its very dramatic and i like it

i waited so long to start this book that it got water damaged from sitting so long on my bedside table that water must’ve fallen on it at some point
