This book has officially moved past creepy into ‘I should not be reading this at night’ territory 😭📚

We are sitting at the table where he is happily munching on the pepper when I turn my attention to his latest illustration. It’s a picture of a man walking backwards through a dense and tangled forest. He is dragging a woman by the ankles, pulling her lifeless body across the ground.

Every chapter I’m like: “Aw, Teddy is adorable.” And then he shows a drawing and I’m like: “…never mind.” 😭

Since I loved _The Last One at the Wedding_, I’m starting _Hidden Pictures_ next!📚✨ Wish me luck.
