Ten pages in and already having a bad vibe. It really isn't well-written. MC's immediately sooooooo rude and defensive for no reason. Ik he's drunk but it's annoying. A neighbour inviting a child into their flat because they don't want the child to be sitting outside a locked door for HOURS is fine actually. I hope this is just his drunk attitude because ugh.
