It was cute, as all B.N.'s are. :) Matilda was a little quirky, which I always appreciate, and once the doctor started noticing her, he was kind and took good care of her. But she was overworked and constantly used and insulted by her mother(!), insulted by the hero's fiancé, and, in the beginning, overlooked or forgotten by the hero. Still, it was a cute book. 4 stars.
