This book feels so good. The last time I felt this good about a contemporary romance was Hedonism by Lise Gold and the last sports romance I enjoyed this much was Senator’s Wife trilogy by Jen Lyon. I love mature love stories. Stories that aren’t relying on tropes but are using them to form a realistic tale. This is gonna be a 5-er for sure.

I’m enjoying the romance so much. The natural progression of two normals trying to figure out how to be like each other. This feels like a breath of fresh air in light of bloom town. Jesus. I’m tempted to give this a 5 but let’s see where it goes. Rooting for Jordan and Beck.
