Guys what am I reading here? No plot but still kind of addicting and annoying as hell. Given that each book is only 200 pages there isn't much space for a plot.

Welcome to YA books, where teenage girls are getting married/becoming pro assassins/soldiers/fighters. I usually just ignore their actual age and imagine them older 💀

@Hanna that's a good workaround. I mean when I pick up a YA book I know it will be full of teenage foolishness and sillyness and usually I don't mind, I just enjoy the setting and the world. I think I need a YA break after this one but I still have City of Bones and Vampire Academy on my tbr for next hear. Hopefully those will be better albeit teenage will become pro fighters in these I believe.
