Buddy reading this with Chris, so far so good! I love how the narrative splits the main character into two personas: the caring and loving mother, Ishwari, and the "I" who wants to pursue a life of her own, seeking for respite in the troubles of motherhood. The writing is definitely meta, sometimes breaking the fourth wall and questioning the narrative decisions taken in the story. I might love this more than Panty.

It's starting to get a bit convoluted and messy, but not too bad that I can't understand it. Bibaswan is so annoying like I can't stand him. I like how Ishwari & "I" are slowly merging into one character, fusing into someone who both cares for their child but is also frustrated by motherhood.
