This is the first time in the series that i feel like i cannot keep up with how the world works. Has too much been introduced this time around?

Adolin and Kaladin’s dialogue is soooooooo cringe. I think the dialogue is written like a nerd with unhealthy male relationships thinks two very different men would talk to each other. Yikes. It always snaps me out of the story. I loved #1 and #2 of this series but #3 has been a slogggggg.

Also, I keep hearing Eddie Murphy’s voice when they find a new radiant popping up. “Like daisies!!”

Definitely getting good again

Im actually… getting kind of bored. Too much detail. A lot of extra info. Seems less edited than previous books in the series. So sorry to say this!!

The romantic exchanges are so clearly written by a guy who isn’t great with women. Id expect nothing less of a fantasy book but it is a little cringe haha

I love Dalinar but this is too much Dalinar.
