Take a shot every time this author says “there’s no evidence to suggest but” and then makes an outlandish and personal statement that reads as fanfic over fact. I’m on the floor drunk.

Dw, this chapter didn’t fail to mentioned she was still an unmarried old made. Think no further on the close relationships she had with women. She was simply jealous of her brothers marriage. Not a lesbian. No way.

Don’t care didn’t ask, createurism has no place in a book about fossils (and inherently evolution) especially when talking about some guy who the book isn’t even about

Every time the author uses the terms “most likely” to describe Mary’s sense of dress or opinions on being unwed, despite letters about, to, and from Mary herself indicate neither of these things where on her mind, I’m forced to take a shot of vodka. My dearest Finn who I saw add this to their TBR - trust in me and remove it. I’ll give you the DL when I’m done.

Dude you do not need two full chapters of exposé and I loathe journalists who use words like “probably, likely, may have, possibly” when discussing someone’s actions and thoughts. You’re not here to hypothesis you’re here to relay facts

About 70% of the first chapter seemed irrelevant but hopefully the rest of the book is not in a similar vein.
