If with the face the revealing and the revelatory coincide, that means the expression (of x) switches into indication: the expression being of the expressing themselves turns into indication by virtue of that. But then expression and indication always mean the same. And that’s obvious nonsense (from a Husserlian POV at least). How am I then supposed to understand how revealing = revelatory? Dunno
