I've heard of this book and have been somewhat interested in reading it, but also unsure based on premise and the title. But when I saw this book on sale, I decided to take a chance. If it comes to it, I'll be donating it to a local library. It's interesting and thought-provoking so far, but I'm not sold.
The MC is interesting, and I find the magic system intriguing...but also weird? Niko is my favorite. :D

I remember feeling the same about the magic system, as well as some of his relationships
