Today’s reading is Chapter 1: “Subconscious Behaviors that are Keeping You from Having The Live You Want”. My takeaway is 1) lean into the fear of the unknown and 2) learn to live more in the moment.
My action item for tomorrow from this chapter is to review the goals I’ve made for myself and for any goals that I’ve “failed”, reprogram my brain to acknowledge that isn’t true.
