I’ve always been in the “ay-tee ay-tee” pronunciation camp, but can finally understand those who prefer “at at” if for nothing else than making it fit more easily into the ten-syllable lines of Shakespearean verse.

However, I would argue that my way fits the stressed/unstressed iamb pattern better. But tom-A.T.-o, tom-at-o, I suppose.
