i’ve been trying really hard not to be a hypocrite (as a twihard) because this man who is 100 years older than her is truly creeping me out …

and i think the difference is: at least edward like lived in modern society. knows updated science and customs and cultural norms. while this man is essentially just a 30 year old from the 1900s who has be transported to 2025. does that make sense?
