all of that, for it to not matter, because if they are not going to use the actual dialect of the time, why not just call soldiers THEY/THEM???? Like, for me it seems to be the writing of someone that wants to be progressive, but lacks the ability to at least look into shit, resulting in a problem solving that just generates more problems at the end. Especially because they (look, just this simple. +

and uses the wrong pronoun for a child. like, WHY DO I FUCKING CARE? and another thing, if you are not going to be fateful to anything at all so far in the story, why have the misogynistic part either way? like was it necessary for me to have 7% of a book (so far, because I'm sure they will go on for at least 6% more) dedicated to a problem that would have been so easy to solve?

if you don't know their pronouns USE THEY) go on an entire tangent on other fucking pronouns that are not relevant for the story so far, because if they are going to have new pronouns for non-binary they need new pronouns for the entire land, so we as the readers need to learn about pronouns for priests, children, men, women, non binary and how it would be possible of public shaming if you are learning the language +

and here, less than 7% later, we run into yet another problem. This author creates and entire new pronoun just to have their character be in war, has and incredibly conveluted and unnecessary explanation of the reason, instead of having good writing and actually using it in the story instead of having a rant mid chapter.

I know I'm going to read this book purely out of spite, because you cannot want me to suspend my disbelief to such written. What do you mean you want to use the archaic version of words like written (writ), but is unable of leaving contractions and modern words such as hangover (first registers comiing from around the 1900's), even though there are archaic versions to the same sentiment.
