I'd forgotten that Sapkowski's writing often has some funny writing given the fantasy genre. It's consistent to be about a good nose exhale once every 15 minutes, like a hint of humor.

So far pretty decent. Ciri gets training at Kaer Mohren, I recognized everybody present and noticed the first Witcher game (I've only played like 20% of it) replicated the scenario pretty directly with the first mission.
My understanding of the series is starting to solidify now with The Last Wish, Sword of Destiny, the Witcher 1 game and now this...

I'M BACK TO READING A REAL BOOK FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A MONTH OR TWO!!!!
Lately I've been binge reading My Hero Academia. I absolutely hated it until I took a break, then came back and it was alright, solid 6.5/10 stuff, but now it's seriously picked up to like 8-8.5/10. I'm loving it rn.
But anyway, Witcher 1 just got returned and this seems to be a desired one at the library, so I got my pick while I could.
