At this stage (end of chapter 7), I'm finding that Frankl is overly focused on religiosity as a fundamental aspect for psychotherapy, particularly monotheistic religion. I'm not sure about the cultural responsivity to religions beyond Christianity, and even the dismissal of spiritualism, which I find more encompassing than religiosity, which suggests organised religions. Hopefully the answers are yet to come.
