I'm so annoyed that the main character keeps assuming traits of the customer service person on the train, Dorcas. Just because her name is Dorcas doesn't mean you know anything about her! Plus it reeks of the author trying to make Dorcas so ~folksy~ that the reader isn't supposed to suspect her. I'm like 25% hate-listening to this book so far.
