I love how, in books, nice people are always good at their jobs, and people who are good at their jobs are always nice. I’d love to implement that feature irl.

This is getting weirder, he had a girlfriend (for two months!), but they never had sex. It reminds me of Clinton, who smoked weed but didn’t inhale.

I might be too old for this book, and not only because the font is way too small for my poor, tired eyes.😬 But I hate the emotional acrobatics of a man and a woman who are in love yet, instead of being a couple, are ‘best friends’ who do everything together but don’t sleep together, because they’re also, somehow, in relationships with other people. Such social dynamics belong in high school.😭
