This is utterly fascinating. The sound therapy for preemies makes so much sense, but I have never heard of that. And knowing that our ears are developed first is so interesting. These case studies are blowing my mind.

The section on chronic pain was so hopeful, as was the Parkinson's chapter. This book is great. But then I get anxious thinking about how much progress science is making AND a government that no longer supports research and development.
