Not me just now realizing that all these unknown named characters that are repeatedly mentioned and only semi introduced/explained, are because there’s 3 whole interconnected series (like 14 books) before this duology. 💀 I knew I felt like I was missing something. 🤣

Yep, already dislike this woman. 😂 All I can imagine so far is Pirates of the Caribbean. Killian is basically Will Turner, Katrina=Elizabeth Swan, and Captain Croygen= Jack Sparrow minus the sense of humor.
