this is exactly my shit… to the extent that it has some stuff going on in it that i was planning to write for my thesis novel… oop (most notably the mc has almost the exact same name as my mc. but also the magic discovery is kind of my entire magical worldbuilding lol?? i guess comp books are always helpful…)
