Oh no, just like when I was reading the Regency Fairy Tale books, I'm now editing as I go...this is not a good sign....I WANT TO READ FOR RAVYN

I think this one is going to fall into the infuriating pile of "not very good but it makes me kick my feet". AKA Ravyn is 100% my cup of piping hot tea.
Also, Elspeth is dumb as a bag of rocks sometimes and infuriating.

Oh no....no.....why is she uncomfortable without a dress??? WHY???? Can we please put this trope in the dustbin. Even just a 10 year long storage would be good.

Apparently Elspeth cannot go outside without twigs either accidentally or purposefully finding their way into her hair.

This girl doesn't eat! Every time there's a chance to, she's too upset. Lord bless me. And she doesn't even send for something in the middle of the night or sneak down to the kitchens.

Also, there's something about the Yew family, and particularly Jespyr, that is constantly reminding me of the Cullen family from Twilight.

I had already guessed the "big" twist, and this page just confirmed it.
