Nothing about the timeline makes sense re Mungaano. How did the Africans get money to not only go to space but succeed? It has to be the time travel aspect. Wtf is going on on earth? Is there only America? Nothing else has been mentioned. So poorly done. The worldbuilding, the politics, the culture... repeating "community" doesn't make up for it.
