The explanation of why the goddess couldn't kill him was appreciated but the underground battle was so rushed. Daka and Attie were playing musical chairs while Iris was watching. That was the worst writing ever. And then the god falling to sleep and Iris cutting his head off? Again, the writing was laughable. It's like the writer or editor ran out of time and just let the draft get published
