Lilith > Status Update

Is anyone else having issues reviewing/rating the books that they've read in the last few days? I finished an audiobook yesterday but I can't rate or review it. I keep getting an error pop-up saying Goodreads is at capacity and to try logging out or force closing the app? I've done both of those things multiple times and it still won't fix.
