I have no patience cuz I’m 5 pages further into the book and things are picking up! I’m so scared that these idiots are gonna make plans that mess the others plan up and everything is gonna be horrible. Also how are we feeling abt Paxton? Personally I think he’s being honest but the Seer said that whole bit abt betrayal. Also if he is still lying to Kazi then it’ll work out when Jase inevitably kills him

I really do hate to say it but the book is kinda dragging. Maybe it’s the flipping between POVs every chapter?? Like lots of crumbs are being dropped rn but nothing big has happened in a hot second

It’s stressing me out that Jase knows so little abt what’s going on and the little he does think he knows is all wrong

I’m gonna be real this is some stupid magic. Like I don’t really care about magic and am down for a weird magic system, but powder that just amplifies stuff?? (Also like are they just magic mushrooms? Sounds like hallucinogenic)
