something else I'm confused on- why is she publishing a web comic about the literal fraud she is committing? this is a pretty highly publicized engagement, and she's going to lose Andrew his inheritance the moment someone emails the comic to someone in his family.

Things are getting a little better, but this plot still really needed some work to even be in the ballpark of believable.

I'm so sorry but reading this is going to be a challenge for me. Its dripping with quirky millennial cringe, from the writing style to the characters themselves. I was excited to pick up a light holiday romance but it's going to be rough to get through this.
