Hmm.. it's intriguing though feels slow to me (exactly as the "Bat eater.." felt and I haven't finished that one).. I think the first person narrative is bound to be slower because it's so introspective, but at the same time I'm unsure how well that works for horror. The main character is unravelling, it's clear, but it's taking a long time while not much else really happens
