I've read this book under a different title. Idr of 1st 100 pages are the same. Im Assuming it's been re-worked but now we are to dragon shifters and I remember them.

Ok the beginning is a little long. It would be interesting then back fill then sorrow. I get the reason it's needed but it's long.
