I understand this book was a Pulitzer Prize finalist and people love it and that it’s literary fiction, but I don’t get it. Literally nothing happens of interest. There are some good quotes, yes, but the main character is just a boring upper middle class girl going to Harvard in the 90s. I do not understand the hype. Am I dumb?
